The Firm

Senior people. Real results.

A boutique strategy & operations consultancy for mid-market and PE-backed companies. Senior partners do the work — and stay until the value lands.

Inside Halden & Reeve

Halden & Reeve was founded in 2011 by two ex-MBB partners with a shared frustration: too many firms sell the engagement at the partner level and staff it with people who have never run anything. We built the opposite. A small bench of senior operators — former partners and line executives — who diagnose the real problem, design the fix, deliver it shoulder-to-shoulder with your team, and stay long enough to make it stick. Fourteen years on, we have run more than 240 engagements and helped clients capture over $1.4B in measurable value.

Tell us the challenge. We’ll tell you how we’d approach it.

A confidential, no-pressure conversation with a partner — not a pitch. We’ll listen, share how we’d think about it, and propose a scope and fixed fee only if there’s a fit.
